Every scribble is celebrated\, and every creative is welcome—from absolute beginners to experienced creators. \nSpecial Guest Host Spotlight: Meet Mellina\nFor this upcoming session\, we are absolutely delighted to have the wonderful Mellina Vandervalk from Artisea hosting the space! \nMellina’s creative journey spans from studying sculpture at art school in Ireland to working alongside elite international creators at Art Basel in Switzerland. However\, she quickly realised that pristine\, exclusive galleries weren’t for her—because she firmly believes that art is for everyone. \nAfter moving to Western Australia and immersing herself in nature and outdoor education\, Mellina fell in love with the pure\, unclouded joy of raw creativity. For Mellina\, art and play are completely intertwined\, and she uses the creative process as a beautiful form of mindfulness. \nThis Week’s Adventure: Meditative Drawing\nWe usually keep our activities a secret\, but we couldn’t resist giving you a tiny sneak peek for this one! Mellina will be guiding us through a beautiful\, meditative drawing activity designed to help you completely disconnect from the daily hustle\, slow down your breathing\, and quiet the mind. \nIn this class\, we’re going to focus entirely on the fun\, the silly\, and trying something completely new together.
